You can return unworn items with their tags attached, or exchange them for another size, within 30 days of delivery.
How it works
Email your request to info@turnandbake.com. Once approved, send the item back to our returns address together with its invoice.
Free return shipping
Returns and exchanges sent with Aras Kargo are free. With other carriers the shipping cost is yours; cash-on-delivery parcels are not accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, we refund your payment method within 2 business days. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank.
