RETURNS

You can return the items you ordered within 30 days of delivery, without giving any reason, as long as they are unworn.

To start a return, please email us at info@turnandbake.com. Once we confirm your request, please send the item(s) back to us complete with the original packaging, tags, all standard accessories and the invoice within 30 days of the approval date.

Return shipping is free when you send your parcel to the Turn&Bake returns address with our partner carrier Aras Kargo. For returns sent with other carriers, the shipping cost is paid by the customer.

RETURN CONDITIONS

* Items that have been worn, have lost their original condition or no longer have their tags cannot be returned.

* Items damaged through use (torn, stretched out of shape, ripped, etc.) cannot be returned.

* Returns sent with Aras Kargo are free. With other carriers the shipping cost is paid by the sender; cash-on-delivery parcels are not accepted.

* By law, every order is shipped with a dispatch note and an invoice. Please make sure the original documents are included with your return. Items without an invoice cannot be returned.

Once we receive your return, we check that it meets the conditions above. If the return is approved, we refund the item to your original payment method within 2 business days. If the return does not meet the conditions, the item is sent back to your address free of charge. How long the refund takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank; if there is a delay, please contact your bank.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your item for another size or colour of the same model, please email us at info@turnandbake.com before sending it. You can request an exchange within 30 days of delivery. Once your request is approved by email, you can send the item to us free of charge, stating the size or colour you would like. Please send the item complete with the original packaging, tags, all standard accessories and the invoice within 30 days of the approval date.
